you'd work directly with Keylem Collier and Greg Steckel. no layers. if the role is real and you're the right person, you ship it and customers feel it.

• proof. something you've already shipped, grown, sold, written, or built that shows you can do it.

who this is for

people who don't need a job description written for them. engineers, designers, operators, founders, and anyone else who can point at a gap and own it.

what matters is the job you propose and the evidence you can do it. years on a resume matter less than that.

important context

this is a small team. the bar is high, the work is demanding, and we only say yes when the role is obvious.

if we don't see the job, or we don't see you in it, we won't invent a seat to be polite.
